I'm a Senior Product Designer with a psychology background, currently at LATAM Airlines working on Concierge — an AI assistant that turns the friction of travel planning into a single, structured conversation. The work sits at the intersection of service design, content design, and the information architecture that makes agentic products feel both capable and trustworthy.
My path to product ran through qualitative research, digital consulting, and five years embedded in LATAM's ecosystem at Globant — first improving the corporate booking platform, then the booking and payment flows on LATAM.com, now the AI layer. Outside of shipped work, I'm drawn to how games communicate complex systems to players — a curiosity I've explored through a couple of fictional UX cases.
