I design AI-native flows for travellers at LATAM Airlines, where I lead UX for Concierge — the in-app assistant that turns scattered planning into a single conversation. My practice sits between service design, content design, and the structured UI that makes agentic products feel safe and quick.
Before product, I spent a few years deep in game UX — analysing HUDs, hotbars and inventory systems. That habit of reading every pixel still shows up in shipped work.
